Digital products, simple rules.

Digital Products

All digital products (templates, playbooks, scripts, configurations) are non-refundable once downloaded. Because digital files cannot be returned, we cannot offer refunds after delivery.

Defective Files

If you received a corrupted or incorrect file, contact us within 7 days at support@onlineingenuity.com and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Free Products

Free products (pay-what-you-want at $0+) require no payment and are not eligible for refunds.

Bundles

Bundle purchases follow the same policy. Non-refundable once any file in the bundle has been downloaded.
